What we can help with

• Questions about a weave, a size, a colorway or what is in the pack.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong size or a wrong figure is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the one people act on.
• Which of the 95 options suits a bathroom, a beach bag or a gift.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment, hold stock or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a replacement have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a small brand that promised one would not answer it.
